MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST (m/f/d)

Want to know what goes into a campaign—from the client briefing to the final review—and whether it really works? With us, you’ll learn step by step how to plan, develop, and implement advertising campaigns so that your brand and product reach exactly where they’re supposed to. Through trainee projects, you’ll work on your own assignments and learn how to turn an idea into a concept that delivers results in practice. This is how you’ll build the expertise you’ll need later in your career.

During your apprenticeship as a marketing communications specialist (m/f/d), you won't just be “tagging along”—you'll be right in the thick of the agency's daily operations.

You'll start working independently early on, keep projects on track, and serve as the link between clients, the creative team, and the rest of the team. Together with us, you'll turn briefings into plans and plans into campaigns that go live.

From our team, you'll learn:

Review briefings and turn them into clear to-do items
To help develop concepts and measures
Planning and coordinating communication across various channels
Calculating costs and keeping track of budgets
Prepare for client meetings and document agreements
Managing projects, including schedules and deadlines

DIGITAL/PRINT MEDIA DESIGNER (m/f/d)

Do you love good design, have an eye for aesthetics, and want to learn what makes a campaign stand out? With us, you’ll learn how to structure layouts, develop visual styles, and bring ideas to life creatively. That’s how you create designs that not only appeal to you but also delight clients.

DIGITAL/PRINT MEDIA DESIGNER (m/f/d)

Want to know how an idea turns into a look that works across all channels? With us, you’ll learn the basics of good design step by step—from layout and typography to the final file. You’ll start creating your own designs early on and develop a sense of what works for a brand and what doesn’t. Through trainee projects, you’ll collaborate on campaigns and learn how to turn individual designs into a cohesive whole that delivers results in the real world. You’ll apply this expertise every day in real-world projects.

During your apprenticeship as a Digital and Print Media Designer, you'll quickly learn to work independently with the most common image-editing programs.

You'll start creating your own designs and, step by step, get a feel for what really works in practice.

From our team, you'll learn:

Brainstorming & Concept Development
Layout Design for Various Formats and Channels
Image Retouching and Image Editing
Logo Design and Work Based on Style Guides
Working with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Using AI effectively in the creative process—for example, to generate variations, quick visuals, initial ideas, and drafts
Clean implementation using AI, always with an eye toward quality, brand identity, and usage rights
Dealing with Timelines and Deadlines

Of course, we make sure that you always keep the basic rules of communication in mind and implement them perfectly in your layouts. As you work with the creative team, your creative skills will grow every day, as will your proficiency with tools, workflows, and fine-tuning. And yes, AI can help you, but in the end, you’re the professional who keeps an eye on everything and makes sure the design looks great and works perfectly.
