Work-Life-Balance
We create WOW moments. Maybe with you soon.
At CMF, “Turning ideas into impact” isn’t just a slogan on the wall. Ideas are meant to spark something—in clients, in brands, in people, and sometimes even in careers.
Our CD started out as an intern. One of our managing directors began as a trainee. Both are still with us. Perhaps that says more about opportunities for growth than any career ladder ever could.
Just under 100 people. Ideas without a break.
Just under 100 people. Ideas with minimal red tape. Lots of agency. We’re big enough to make a lot possible. And close enough that you don’t have to go through a whole system first. If you have an idea, it doesn’t have to go through five rounds of approval. And if you’re really good at something, you can take responsibility for it. Stopover.
This is how you can turn ideas into impact pretty quickly.

Your Mission
Your customer comes with an idea, a topic, a problem, and you immediately see the whole picture: what that means for social media, what it means for performance, what it means for content, what it means for print, and above all, the next sales appointment.
You’re the kind of person who turns a briefing into a workable concept, rather than just working through a to-do list. You manage your clients and projects independently, steer campaigns from the initial idea through to execution, keep an eye on the budget, timeline, and quality, and translate what the client actually needs into briefings that all internal teams immediately understand and are eager to implement. In this role, you act as a sparring partner on equal footing and provide guidance, even when a solution isn’t yet on the table. From the very first idea, you contribute your own thoughts instead of just waiting to see what happens; you proactively bring up trends and opportunities before the client even asks about them. That’s exactly what sets consulting apart from administration, and that’s exactly where you see potential for the budget—not just for the next project.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Several years of experience in client service or account management at an agency, ideally with independent responsibility for clients and accounts—you understand the balance between client needs, feasibility, and creativity, and you’re eager to take on this challenge
- A mind that automatically thinks about topics across all channels—from social media to performance marketing to traditional and sales communications—rather than tackling them one after another
- An understanding of current social media dynamics and an intuition for how formats and trends are shifting right now and how to adapt them for other channels
- You have an extremely organized, independent work style; even with five projects running simultaneously, you keep track of everything and never lose your train of thought
- Routine use of modern project management tools to manage timelines, budgets, and capacity
- Confidence during presentations and negotiations, even with demanding clients: You explain, organize, and make recommendations rather than simply passing along requests
- By taking a business-minded approach to your projects, you can identify where there is still potential within the budget and actively address it
- A basic analytical understanding of KPIs such as reach, engagement, ROAS, and conversion, in order to evaluate and refine ongoing initiatives
- You enjoy working closely with all internal teams; you provide direction in a way that makes them want to work with you, and you share your knowledge with less experienced colleagues
- A curiosity about new tools and AI-powered workflows that give you more time for consulting instead of administrative tasks

- An eye for upselling—you can identify where there’s still potential in the budget and actively address it
- A basic analytical understanding of KPIs such as reach, engagement, ROAS, and conversion, in order to evaluate and refine ongoing initiatives
- You enjoy working closely with all internal teams; you give instructions in a way that makes them want to work with you
- A curiosity about new tools and AI-powered workflows that give you more time for consulting instead of administrative tasks
Your Mission
You are the kind of person who turns a briefing into a working concept rather than simply ticking items off a to-do list. You independently manage clients and projects, steering campaigns from initial idea to final rollout while keeping a close eye on budget, timelines, and quality. You translate the client’s actual needs into briefings that internal teams immediately understand and are eager to execute. In doing so, you act as a true partner offering guidance and direction even before a concrete solution is on the table. You think proactively from the very first idea stage rather than waiting for instructions, introducing relevant trends and opportunities before the client even asks. That is precisely what distinguishes strategic consulting from mere administration and where you see real potential for the account as a whole, not just for the next individual project.
For you, leadership isn’t just about delegating. You lead your team both professionally and in terms of discipline, actively helping your colleagues grow, but you’re just as likely to roll up your sleeves and get involved in client meetings, briefings, or day-to-day operations. You provide direction and actively pitch in where it counts.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Several years of experience in account management at an agency, including experience in a leadership role or a role with leadership-level responsibilities
- A knack for budget management: You think in terms of contribution margins, capacity utilization, and growth potential not just in terms of projects
- Experience in leading and developing teams; you provide guidance without restricting their autonomy and without stepping away from day-to-day operations
- Conceptual strength: You set the conceptual direction for internal teams, rather than just passing along briefings
- The ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with complex, new topics
- Confidence when dealing with decision-makers and contacts on the client side, even when it comes to difficult topics, escalations, or budget discussions
- A strategic perspective that looks beyond the current campaign and identifies opportunities for new services, channels, or budget growth
- Experience with pitches including those involving existing clients for new projects or budget increases, from positioning to the presentation to the client
- A keen sense of prioritization you can tell which issues require your personal attention and which are best handled by the team
- Interest in new tools, AI-powered workflows, and how they can make teams and budgets more efficient
Your Mission
With clear target audience planning, well-thought-out campaign setups, and precise tracking, you ensure that campaigns are effective from day one. Cost-per-lead, click-through rate, and conversion rate are the key metrics you fine-tune precisely from the very beginning. At CMF, you’ll do this for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok working with well-known clients who have real expectations and where you can make a tangible difference.
And when an algorithm changes, you'll be the first person in the room to know what that means for our campaigns.
What you'll bring to the table:
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a real budget and real responsibility
- Proficient Use of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads, from Setup to Analysis
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization: You'll improve what's already working well.
- SEO knowledge—both technical and editorial—and an eye for GEO. You know how content is found today, even in ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews.
- You're familiar with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Attribution and tracking are part of your daily routine.
- Interest in AI tools and automation to manage campaigns more efficiently and free up more time for strategy.
- Business-level German, since our meetings with clients and within the team are conducted in German. Good English will help you when dealing with international clients.
- You're familiar with trends and channels, and you work with copywriters and creative teams to develop compelling customer journeys and creative assets.
- You'll advise clients as an equal partner, explain figures and recommendations in a way that's easy to understand, and work with them to make informed decisions about their campaigns.

At our company, a former intern heads up the creative department, and a former apprentice is now on the executive board. Sure, it’s not the case everywhere that “today an apprentice, tomorrow a department head.” But if you have an idea, you’ll be heard. And if you stand out with your skills, you’ll have the chance to take on a leadership role.
